It’s been a long time coming, but finally the date has been set for the release of The Infinity Book. The book, screen printed CD, and screen printed poster will be available for purchase at the show.
Details:
-The show is going to be held at Honey, one of my favorite bars in Minneapolis, and because I want everyone to come, we’re making it a free show.
-STEAKMOB* is definitely going to be in the building, selling and hanging prints and new apparel.
-DJs Bits Bits and Adept (STEAKMOB*/Vandaam) will be performing a combined DJ set.
-My group Experiments (In)finite—Eric Gorvin (STEAKMOB*), Eric Carranza (Battery Boy, Better Bones), and Leah Ottman (We Are The Willows) will be performing songs live from the record that was produced for The Infinity Project.
-Adora Tokyo (Foolish Bastard Family) will be closing it out with an all vinyl set that’ll get you cray.

For the past few years I have been nurturing a project around the subject of infinity. I am happy to finally be releasing it to the world. We’re on our fourth week of the Kickstarter and we have officially achieved our goal. It has been too exciting and I totally haven’t had the time to post it to STEAKMOB*. Shit. Well here it is in all of its glory. A bit of an official description (pulled from my personal site), 5 videos made for the Kickstarter, a whole album of music made for the project, and of course a link to off your support! The Project ends on March 1, even though we have reached our goal, we are still encouraging contributions to use on future projects. I just dropped a video today that talks a little bit about that. Check out everything, all STEAKMOB* affiliates have been at my aid for the duration of the project, from critique to collaboration, as well as a mess of other incredible minds. Vicky’s installation at New Capital Art Gallery in Chicago, IL was cushioned by the
drifting, shapeless soundscapes of this 23 minute bit.

balloons, tamale leaves and more to aid this sonic portrait.
